Ketogenic Electrolyte Recipes

Keto Electrolyte Mix

 

If you’ve thinking of starting a keto diet, then be sure to make a bog batch of Keto Electrolyte Mix.  You can also use this recipe for your sports drink – whether you’re on a ketogenic diet or not.

 

Citrus Punch

  • ½ tsp salt – Himalayan is best
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp Maca root (contains about 2g of net carbs)
  • 1L fresh water

 

Coconut Concoction

  • 4 Tbsp full fat coconut cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1L fresh water

 

Aloe Vera Recipe

  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt – best salt option to get micronutrients such as potassium and magnesium
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice or pure lemon juice – do NOT use juice with sulfites
  • 2 Tbsp aloe vera juice, unsweetened. Great source of calcium, magnesium, selenium
  • 1L fresh water
